Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Box Legends. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Box Legends ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

While we make every effort to meet these delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at contactsupport@BoxLegends.shop. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that Box Legends is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Customs or government actions (if applicable)
  • Holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


9. Multiple Shipments

In certain circumstances, items within the same order may be shipped separately to improve fulfillment efficiency.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment, when available.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing.

Because orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.


11. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery (unless due to visible shipping damage)

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Refunds for returned packages may be reduced by any applicable shipping and handling costs where permitted by law.
