Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase using one of our secure payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible at contactsupport@BoxLegends.shop. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, Box Legends ships to addresses within the United States only.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Products
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We sell authentic, factory-sealed hobby box trading card products.
Are the boxes sealed?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all hobby boxes are sold factory sealed.
Can you guarantee specific cards inside a hobby box?
No.
Hobby boxes contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that any specific player, character, autograph, insert, or rare card will be included.
Why may product packaging look different from the website photos?
Manufacturers occasionally update packaging, artwork, or product designs without prior notice. Minor differences in packaging do not affect product authenticity.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Can I return an opened hobby box?
No.
Due to the randomized nature of trading card products, opened or unsealed hobby boxes and booster packs cannot be returned.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes.
Your payment information is processed using secure payment technology. Box Legends does not store your complete payment card information.
Pre-Orders
Do you offer pre-orders?
From time to time, we may offer selected products for pre-order.
If a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
When will pre-order items ship?
Pre-order items ship after they are received from the manufacturer or distributor and have completed our standard processing time.
Release dates provided by manufacturers may change without notice.
