Thank you for shopping with Box Legends. We are committed to providing quality hobby box trading card products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- The return request must be submitted within the 14-day return period.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or unsealed hobby boxes.
- Opened booster packs.
- Individual trading cards.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Gift cards, if offered.
Because hobby boxes contain randomized contents, dissatisfaction with the cards received is not considered a valid reason for a return once the product has been opened.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product, shipping box, and shipping label.
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund.
4. How to Start a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our mistake (such as shipping the wrong item or a verified defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Box Legends cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
Because orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days within the United States
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Box Legends reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that appear to involve fraud, abuse of our return policy, or unauthorized chargebacks.
